At Green Mountain we strive to exercise control over all stages of product development. We select and maintain the mother plants and operate our own on-site nursery where cuttings are nurtured and developed until they develop roots and can be transferred into the greenhouse. While much of the grow is automated our team is constantly checking on the plants, scouting for pests or signs of stress and ensuring that our systems are delivering the required inputs in the best combination and quantity and at the most advantageous times.
Harvesting, drying and processing flower into products takes place on-site. Our processing capacity minimizes risk and reliance on third parties and allows the company to create additional revenue streams by processing products for other licensed producers. It also helps to develop a more rounded and versatile operations team.
