Who we are

Green Mountain is a Health Canada licensed producer established in the magnificent Okanagan Valley, BC, Canada. We are combining our pristine location, high-end infrastructure and sophisticated operations team to grow premium cannabis with an emphasis on medical and craft consumers. Our business model is inclusive and has Indigenous people at its core. We cultivate, process and market our range of strains and products applying science and technology in combination with traditional hang-dried and cured processes. Our business model prioritizes steady expansion with multiple revenue streams and an academic approach. We’re growing!

Indigenous Alliances

Indigenous partnerships form the cornerstone of our business. We are developing a synergistic relationship with several First Nations Indigenous associations including the Manitoba Metis Federation (MMF) and Pimicikamak. The MMF is the democratically elected self-government of the Manitoba Metis, which is the largest Indigenous community in Canada. Our business model promotes employment opportunities and seeks to address endemic health issues in these communities.
Medical Associations

Our panel of cannabis specialists includes authors and researchers Dr. Gregory Smith and Dr. Rahim Valani. Dr. Smith has published multiple cannabis specific books and papers and in October 2022 Dr Valani published the first peer reviewed cannabis manual directed specifically at the Canadian medical community. This Springer publication “Cannabis Use In Medicine” was sponsored by Green Mountain. Green Mountain’s focus on medical cannabis applications and deep pool of prospective Indigenous consumers is creating research and development opportunities with doctors and institutions including the globally recognized Sunnybrook Hospital in Ontario which is affiliated with the University of Toronto.

Our Grow Site

Green Mountain’s cultivation site is located deep in the pristine Okanagan valley of British Columbia offering an ideal microclimate for growing cannabis. Far from environmental pollution and bathed in abundant sunshine this valley is known as the fruit basket of the province while the dry environment minimizes the risk of mold. It is no coincidence that some of the country’s most coveted wines are also produced in the Okanagan.

Green Mountain is committed to supporting optimal health by growing and distributing cannabis products of the highest quality. The company is investigating opportunities to co-develop medical products with formulation specialists and offer a selection of disease specific treatments.
